What Is the OwnerSheep Programme?

The OwnerSheep Programme is a physical livestock ownership arrangement run by Aliyah Rizq Holdings in Malaysia, available to Singaporeans through SG Aqiqah. You own real, living sheep — held and managed at Aliyah Rizq's certified halal farm in Kota Tinggi, Johor — under an Islamic Milkiyyah (ownership) and Wakalah (agency) contract structure.

The programme runs for 36 months. The minimum entry is 4 sheep. It is not a financial product and is not regulated by MAS.

The 7-Step Process to Join

  1. 1

Send a WhatsApp Enquiry to SG Aqiqah

Message SG Aqiqah on WhatsApp at +65 8839 3403 with your name and the number of sheep you wish to own (minimum 4). The team will respond with current pricing, programme information, and a copy of the programme documentation for your review.

  2. 2

Review Programme Details & Confirm Sheep Count

Review the programme documentation: contract terms, Wakalah fee structure, 36-month timeline, bi-annual reporting schedule, and what happens at contract end. Confirm how many sheep you wish to own. Take your time — the team is available on WhatsApp for any questions.

  3. 3

Sign the Milkiyyah & Wakalah Contract

Complete and sign two Islamic contracts: the Milkiyyah contract establishes you as the legal owner of the animals. The Wakalah contract authorises Aliyah Rizq to manage the flock on your behalf. Signing is done remotely — no in-person visit is required.

  4. 4

    Make Programme Payment

Complete payment for the number of sheep you have selected. Payment methods and transfer details are provided by the SG Aqiqah team during the enquiry process.

  5. 5

Receive Ownership Confirmation & Flock Registration

Aliyah Rizq registers your animals in their management system and issues your ownership confirmation. Your flock is assigned at the certified halal farm in Kota Tinggi, Johor, Malaysia (PTD 1721, Jalan Bandar Penawar, 81910 Kota Tinggi).

  6. 6

    Receive Bi-Annual Flock Reports

Every 6 months, Aliyah Rizq sends you a health and growth status report on your flock. You can also contact the SG Aqiqah team at any time with questions or to arrange Qurban or Aqiqah designation for your animals.

  7. 7

    Contract Completion at Month 36

At the end of the 36-month programme, your flock — including offspring born during the cycle — is sold through Aliyah Rizq's halal livestock supply chain. You receive your proportional share of the sale proceeds after applicable Wakalah management fees. Full financial terms are disclosed at the enquiry stage before you commit.

What Happens to Your Flock During the 36 Months?

While Aliyah Rizq manages your animals, your flock is actively productive:

Do I Need to Visit the Farm?

No. The entire process — enquiry, documentation, contract signing, payment, and reporting — is handled remotely via WhatsApp and email. You do not need to travel to Malaysia or visit the farm. The programme is open to participants globally, not just Singapore residents.

Is This a Financial Product?

No. The OwnerSheep Programme is not a financial product, investment scheme, or capital markets service. It is not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). You are purchasing physical animals — real, living sheep — not fund units or financial instruments. Returns come from the natural productivity of your animals, not from interest or trading.
