The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall govern your purchase of any products and/or services on www.sgaqiqah.com.

- By confirming order in our website, you hereby agree to appoint www.sgaqiqah.com and its team to perform Aqiqah rites on your behalf for the name(s) provided because of Allah SWT.
- Specifications of the animal slaughtered for the above intent are according to the one specific under each product details.
- Each Aqiqah order is deemed confirmed after payment is completed. When payment has been made, you have within 7 days to amend/cancel your orders before the animal is slaughtered.
- You may cancel your orders by informing us via phone or email. Once the animal is slaughtered, the Aqiqah is deemed as completed and we will not refund your payment.
- Schedule of Aqiqah will be sent via email. The schedule for Aqiqah is within 10 days from the completion purchase of Aqiqah date. In some cases we may schedule the Aqiqah within 2 weeks from the completion of order.
- In the event, though no fault of yours, the purchased Aqiqah is cancelled, terminated or postponed, rescheduled or delayed, you may choose to move your purchase to another date, subject to the Partner’s ability to accommodate on the change, by contacting our customer support team here. For avoidance of doubt, should you choose not to move your Aqiqah to another date, you agree and accept that the only liability of us to you shall be a full refund of the amount paid by you less any applicable charges. You acknowledge and accept that this is the only legal remedy available for you.
- Refunds of Aqiqah purchased by credit card or debit card payment will be subjected to the respective Partner cancellation or refund policy which will be available on the respective Partner page. Refunds shall be made on a case-by-case basis, subject to review, through our customer support team, which will assist you with your refund request. However, prior to that, we recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues.
- Refunds of Aqiqah purchased by bank transfer payment will be made via interbank transfer accordingly.
- The refund will be released back to the original method of payment. This process may take up to thirty (30) working days.
