We know these are the questions running through your mind. We’ve heard them all — and we answer them honestly, including the difficult ones.
💬 Ask Us Directly View Programme DeckNo. Aliyah Rizq Holdings is a verifiable business with a physical presence in both Malaysia and Singapore.
Their farm is at PTD 1721, Jalan Bandar Penawar, 81910 Kota Tinggi, Johor — a real address you can visit by arrangement. Their Singapore meat retail shop is at 883 Woodlands Street 82, Singapore 730883 — a physical location you can walk into today.
Aliyah Rizq Holdings has a documented track record in halal livestock supply and has received industry recognition for their work. The OwnerSheep Programme comes with a formal ownership agreement, a 27-page programme deck, and bi-annual farm reports. None of this is characteristic of a scam.
If you have specific verification concerns, we actively encourage you to: review the deck, consult your Ustaz, or contact us via WhatsApp to request documentation.
This is one of the most honest questions you can ask about an agricultural ownership programme, and it deserves a direct answer.
Livestock mortality is a known reality of farming. Individual animals can die from illness, injury, or natural causes. The programme accounts for this within the natural herd dynamics of a managed flock. Over a 36-month cycle, natural breeding typically produces new additions to the flock that offset individual mortality.
Your end-of-cycle proceeds are based on the actual performance and composition of your flock at the time of sale — not a fixed guaranteed amount. This is an agricultural ownership arrangement. You are an owner of real animals, not a holder of a financial product with protected capital.
If you need certainty and capital protection, this programme is not the right fit. If you are comfortable with the realities of agricultural ownership — and the potential upside that comes with it — then read on.
The programme is structured for the full 36-month cycle. This is intentional — the flock management, breeding cycles, and farm economics are calibrated for this period.
There is no automatic early exit mechanism. However, if your circumstances genuinely change, early exit arrangements are subject to direct discussion with Aliyah Rizq Holdings. Such arrangements are not guaranteed and would be evaluated case by case.
Before joining, we encourage all participants to be certain they can commit to the full cycle. If you have concerns about liquidity, please discuss this with us via WhatsApp before signing the ownership agreement.
No — and that is by design, not a gap.
OwnerSheep is not a financial product, a collective investment scheme, or a capital markets service. MAS regulation under the Securities and Futures Act applies to financial instruments — fund units, securities, derivatives, and similar products. It does not apply to physical livestock ownership.
You are purchasing real animals under the Islamic principle of Milkiyyah. You own the sheep, not a financial interest in a scheme. The management of your flock is governed by a bilateral Wakalah contract — not by MAS-regulated activity.
This does not mean there is no accountability. Aliyah Rizq is accountable to you through the ownership agreement, the Wakalah terms, and the bi-annual reporting obligation. The accountability is contractual and Syariah-based, not regulatory.
The programme involves live animals. Unlike a fixed-price service, the purchase price of livestock fluctuates with the agricultural market — seasonal demand, feed costs, and regional supply all affect live sheep prices.
Publishing a fixed price publicly would either mislead you (if prices have changed) or obligate us to honour outdated rates. Instead, pricing is shared directly and transparently via WhatsApp at the time of your enquiry.
There are no hidden fees. The price you are quoted covers the sheep purchase. The only subsequent deduction is the Wakalah management fee, which is clearly disclosed in the ownership agreement before you sign anything.
The minimum entry is 4 sheep. There is no upper limit — participants can own as many as they wish.
Many Singapore participants start with the minimum to familiarise themselves with the programme, the bi-annual reporting cycle, and the ownership experience before deciding to expand in a subsequent cycle.
Three layers of accountability:
1. Bi-Annual Farm Reports: Every 6 months, you receive a structured report on your flock — flock count, health status, and photographs from the Kota Tinggi farm. If the farm was not being managed properly, this would show up in the reports.
2. Farm Visits: As an owner, you can arrange a visit to the farm in Kota Tinggi, Johor by contacting SG Aqiqah. Seeing your animals in person is the most direct form of verification possible.
3. Verifiable Business Track Record: Aliyah Rizq operates a licensed halal livestock supply chain business with a physical retail shop in Singapore (Woodlands). A business maintaining a licensed Singapore retail presence has significant reputational skin in the game. They are not an anonymous entity.
Yes. Because you own the animals outright under Milkiyyah, you can designate them for Qurban during any Eid al-Adha that falls within your 36-month ownership cycle. You can also designate a sheep for Aqiqah for your newborn child.
Coordinate with SG Aqiqah via WhatsApp ahead of the relevant season. Aliyah Rizq will handle the slaughter at the Kota Tinggi farm, and a confirmation will be provided to you.
This is one of the unique advantages of OwnerSheep over most other halal asset arrangements — the same physical ownership that generates agricultural yields also directly fulfils your Ibadah obligations.
