📋 Receive the Programme Details
We send you the full 27-page programme deck, current livestock pricing, and the Syariah documentation (including the Wakalah agreement template). Review everything at your own pace. Bring it to your Ustaz if you wish. Ask us follow-up questions. There is no pressure or deadline at this stage.
✍️ Sign the Ownership Agreement
When you are ready to proceed, you sign the livestock ownership agreement. This is a straightforward document that records: your name, the number of sheep you are purchasing, the Wakalah arrangement with Aliyah Rizq, the management fee, and the 36-month cycle terms. No complicated financial instruments — just a clear ownership contract.
🐑 Your Sheep Are Registered
Aliyah Rizq Holdings registers your sheep under your name in their livestock registry at the Kota Tinggi farm (PTD 1721, Jalan Bandar Penawar, 81910 Kota Tinggi, Johor). You receive ownership confirmation documentation. From this point, you are an OwnerSheep owner — your Milkiyyah is established.
📊 Receive Bi-Annual Farm Reports
Every 6 months throughout the 36-month cycle, you receive a structured farm report: flock count, health status, and photographs. You can also designate sheep for Qurban or Aqiqah during the cycle. At month 36, proceeds from the livestock sale are calculated and distributed to you proportionally.

About Pricing
Transparent Pricing — Shared Directly via WhatsApp
Pricing is based on current live livestock market rates at the time of your purchase. Sheep prices move with agricultural market conditions, which is why we do not publish a fixed price publicly — we share it directly with you when you enquire.
What is included in your purchase price: the sheep themselves, registration under your name at the Kota Tinggi farm, and documentation of your Milkiyyah ownership.
The only subsequent deduction is the Wakalah management fee — which is disclosed in full, upfront, in the ownership agreement before you sign. There are no surprises.

What Happens at the End of 36 Months?
The Cycle Concludes — Proceeds Are Distributed
At the end of the 36-month cycle, Aliyah Rizq Holdings arranges the sale of the livestock. The sale is conducted at current market prices for live sheep at that time.
Your proceeds are calculated as follows:
Your Proceeds = (Total flock sale value ÷ Total registered sheep) × Your sheep count
— less the Wakalah management fee (disclosed and agreed upfront)
Proceeds are agricultural in nature — they reflect the actual performance of the livestock market at the time of sale, not a fixed or guaranteed amount. Your yields are tied to the real halal economy.
After receiving your proceeds, you are welcome to join the next cycle, purchase additional sheep, or conclude your ownership entirely. There is no lock-in beyond the 36 months.
