What You Get as an OwnerSheep Owner

Every six months, Aliyah Rizq Holdings sends a farm report to all registered owners. This is not a marketing newsletter, it is a structured update on the status of your specific flock.

Each bi-annual report typically includes:

• Current flock count, including breeding additions
• Health status of the flock and any veterinary notes
• Farm condition updates and seasonal notes
• Photographs from the Desaru farm
• Any significant developments relating to your ownership period

These reports are how you know your ownership is real. Not a promise, not a document on a shelf, but photos of your animals, their current headcount, and the health of the flock you purchased. It is the kind of transparency that conventional financial products cannot match because they have nothing tangible to photograph.

At the conclusion of the 36-month cycle, Aliyah Rizq arranges the livestock sale. Your proceeds are calculated as:

Your Proceeds = (Total flock sale value ÷ Total registered ownership) × Your registered sheep count
- less the disclosed Wakalah management fee

Important honest framing: The proceeds are tied to live livestock market prices at the time of sale. Sheep prices move with agricultural market conditions, they can be higher or lower than at the time of your purchase. This is not a fixed-return financial product. You are an agricultural owner, and your proceeds reflect that reality.

The Wakalah management fee is disclosed upfront in the ownership agreement. There are no hidden deductions.

Because you hold Milkiyyah (physical ownership) over your sheep, the Islamic condition for a valid Qurban is satisfied. You own the animal. You are not buying a slot in a qurban service. You are not purchasing a token. Your animal is yours, which is exactly what the scholars require.

You can designate your sheep for Qurban during any Eid al-Adha that falls within your 36-month ownership cycle. Simply coordinate with the SG Aqiqah team via WhatsApp ahead of the season. Aliyah Rizq handles all arrangements at the Desaru farm.

Picture the day before Eid al-Adha: your Qurban sheep is at Aliyah Rizq Farm in Desaru. You did not buy it last week from a package. You have owned that animal for months. The sacrifice carries a different weight when the ownership is real.

The Aqiqah sunnah calls for the slaughter of a sheep in gratitude for a newborn child. As an OwnerSheep owner, you designate your own registered sheep for this purpose. The same Milkiyyah that validates your Qurban also validates your Aqiqah. Your child's Aqiqah is performed with an animal that has been yours, on a farm that is real, by a family that has been managing it with intention.

This is coordinated directly with SG Aqiqah via WhatsApp. We handle the logistical communication with Aliyah Rizq’s team at the Desaru farm. A confirmation and documentation are provided to you after the sacrifice.
