The Four Phases of Ownership

Phase 3
Months 13–24

Phase 4
Months 25–36
Distribution

The OwnerSheep Programme runs on a fixed 36-month (3-year) cycle. All owners in a batch start and end together. Your sheep are managed collectively as a flock under the Wakalah (agency) structure, with Aliyah Rizq Holdings acting as your appointed agent at Aliyah Rizq Farm in Desaru.

You do not manage the farm. You do not make daily decisions. You receive an annual farm report each year. At Month 36, your capital is returned in full and your livestock proceeds are distributed.

Key Milestones, Month by Month

Month 0
Enrolment

You Become an Owner

You sign the Sheep Purchase Agreement (SPA) and make your capital payment. Your Milkiyyah ownership certificate is issued, naming you as the registered owner of your sheep. Your flock is assigned and tagged at Aliyah Rizq Farm. From this moment, you are a livestock owner.

Year 1
Farm Activity

Breeding Begins

Female sheep typically breed twice a year, with a gestation period of around 5.5 months. In optimal conditions, some ewes can produce 2 to 3 offspring per year, occasionally including twins. Aliyah Rizq Holdings factors in natural downtimes such as recovery, health checks, and weaning when planning each breeding window. Lambs born are counted as part of your flock, contributing to the Multiplication Breeding Factor (MBF) for Junior, Senior, and Master tier owners.

Month 12
Year 1 Report

First Annual Farm Report

You receive your first annual report, including photos of your sheep at Aliyah Rizq Farm in Desaru, current flock count, health updates, and a summary of Year 1 breeding outcomes. This is also your first Qurban window — owners may dedicate a sheep from their flock as personal Qurban during Dhul Hijjah, without paying separately.

Year 2
Farm Activity

Flock Growth Continues

Breeding continues on the same optimised schedule. Lambs from Year 1 begin maturing. For Junior, Senior, and Master tier owners, the flock headcount grows meaningfully as the second generation of offspring arrives. Aqiqah rights are available at any point — use a sheep from your flock for a newborn's Aqiqah without purchasing additional livestock. Owners may also arrange a farm visit to Desaru to see their sheep in person.

Month 24
Year 2 Report

Second Annual Farm Report

Your second annual report covers flock growth through both breeding years, updated headcount, health notes, and breeding outcomes. By this point, the MBF effect is clearly visible — owners who started with fewer sheep now have a meaningfully larger flock than at enrolment.

Year 3
Farm Activity

Final Breeding Round & Market Preparation

The third and final year of breeding runs its course. Aliyah Rizq Holdings begins preparing the flock for market — managing weight, condition, and timing to optimise livestock sale value at the end of the cycle. The breeding schedule is designed so that the 36-month cycle ends with a mature, market-ready flock.

Month 36
Cycle Complete

Capital Returned + Proceeds Distributed

Your full capital is returned (SGD $15k / $60k / $90k / $135k depending on your tier). Livestock proceeds from the sale of your flock are then distributed. The final amount depends on actual livestock market price at the time of sale, within the conservative-to-optimistic range projected for your tier.

The Sheep Breeding Process

The growth of your flock across 36 months is driven by natural sheep reproduction. Aliyah Rizq Holdings optimises the breeding schedule to maximise healthy lambing across the full cycle.

🐑 Breeds Twice a Year

Female sheep at Aliyah Rizq Farm typically breed twice a year, occasionally producing twins. In optimal conditions, some ewes can produce 2 to 3 offspring per year.

🗓 5.5-Month Gestation

The gestation period is estimated at 5.5 months. Aliyah Rizq factors in natural downtimes — recovery, health checks, and weaning — when planning each breeding window.

📈 Optimised Over 36 Months

The entire breeding schedule is designed around the 36-month cycle. By the time Month 36 arrives, the flock is mature and market-ready, with the MBF multiplier fully realised.

To illustrate the compounding effect: a single parent ewe can produce up to 16 offspring across 3 years when the breeding schedule runs cleanly. This is the basis of the Multiplication Breeding Factor (MBF) that applies to Junior, Senior, and Master tier owners. Apprentice tier (4 sheep) does not carry an MBF as the flock size is too small to apply the multiplier reliably.

What You Receive Each Year

OwnerSheep is not a silent fund. Once a year across the full 36-month cycle, you receive a structured farm update directly from Aliyah Rizq Holdings.

Your Rights During the Cycle

Ownership is not just a certificate. As an OwnerSheep owner, you have active rights you can exercise at any point during the 36 months.

🐐 Qurban Rights

Every Dhul Hijjah, you may dedicate a sheep from your flock as your personal Qurban, slaughtered, processed, and distributed at Aliyah Rizq Farm. No separate Qurban package required.

👶 Aqiqah Rights

For any newborn in your family, you may use a sheep from your flock to fulfil the Aqiqah, at any point during the 36 months. Your livestock, your Aqiqah, no extra cost.

🌿 Farm Visit Rights

All owners may visit Aliyah Rizq Farm in Desaru. See your sheep, walk the land, meet the Aliyah Rizq team. This is your farm, you are welcome.

At Month 36: What You Actually Receive

Your full capital is returned first, every cent of your original purchase amount. Then your livestock proceeds, the net from selling your sheep at market, are paid out separately. The final proceeds amount depends on livestock market price at the time of distribution.

Aliyah Rizq Holdings provides a conservative and optimistic scenario range for every tier so you can plan around the lower number and feel comfortable if the final figure is higher. Your capital is always returned regardless of market conditions.

After Month 36: What's Next?

🔄 Renew for Another Cycle

Most owners re-enter the programme. Use your returned capital, plus proceeds if you choose, to enrol in the next 36-month batch.

📈 Upgrade Your Tier

Second-cycle owners often move up. Proceeds from Cycle 1 can supplement capital for Cycle 2, accessing higher MBF multipliers at Junior, Senior, or Master tier.

👋 Exit the Programme

No obligation to renew. Take your capital and proceeds at Month 36 and you are done. No lock-in beyond the 36-month commitment.

Common Questions About the Cycle

Can I exit the programme before Month 36?
The OwnerSheep Programme is structured as a 36-month commitment. Early exit is not part of the standard terms. The programme is designed for owners who genuinely will not need this capital for the full 3 years, this is not emergency savings. If you have an unusual situation, speak directly to Aliyah Rizq Holdings.
What happens if one of my sheep dies during the cycle?
Livestock mortality is a real part of any farming operation. Aliyah Rizq Holdings manages risk at the herd level, individual losses are absorbed within the overall flock management strategy. The conservative scenario in your tier's projection already accounts for typical mortality rates. You are not individually debited for each animal lost.
How are the proceeds calculated at Month 36?
Proceeds are based on the actual sale price of your sheep at livestock market rates at the time of distribution. This is why Aliyah Rizq Holdings provides a range rather than a fixed figure, live animals are real assets with real market fluctuations. Your capital is always returned in full regardless of proceeds outcome.
Can I visit the farm any time during the 36 months?
Yes. Farm visits to Aliyah Rizq Farm in Desaru are available to all owners. Coordinate with Aliyah Rizq Holdings via WhatsApp to schedule a convenient visit date.
Do all owners in a batch start on the same date?
Yes. Owners join in cohorts (batches). Your batch starts together and receives annual reports on a shared schedule. If you join a later batch, your 36-month cycle starts from your own enrolment date. Ask Aliyah Rizq Holdings about the current open batch window.
What is the difference between Qurban rights and Aqiqah rights?
Qurban is the annual sacrifice during Dhul Hijjah (once per Islamic year). Aqiqah is the sacrifice performed for a newborn child. Both can be fulfilled using sheep from your OwnerSheep flock during your ownership cycle, without any additional purchase required.
